2024 WNC Star Awards Nominee — Best Kitchen Remodel (Under $100,000)
One of our favorite transformations of 2024. By working with the home’s existing cabinetry and appliances, we were able to keep this kitchen remodel just shy of $100K — while completely changing its character. Located in the South Cliffs community, this 6,000 sq ft home had a very clear vision behind it, and the intricate tilework was the biggest challenge of the job, requiring a skilled hand and plenty of patience.
Our client chose a beautiful black leathered granite with veins of white for the countertops, finished with a waterfall edge on the island — tying in perfectly with the pops of gold in the tile, light fixtures, and plumbing finishes. The result transforms a 2015 Tuscan-style kitchen into a modern mountain culinary space that exudes luxury.
