Once you contact us for an appointment, a team member will meet with you and visit the property to assess the area for construction or renovation. We will develop a project plan based on the findings and initial conversations.

Once we agree that our ideas match, the project will begin. Before the physical work begins, we will draft a preliminary budget and plans. This will include necessary contracts, financial agreements, and insurance requirements. It's important to understand that all paperwork and legalities are required for any project.
After both parties review and approve all documents, we will introduce you to your project manager. They will be your point of contact and will be entrusted with all the details relating to the creation of your new space.
