2025 WNC Star Awards Nominee — Best Whole Home Remodel ($500,000–$750,000)
When our clients purchased this 1956 mid-century home in Biltmore Forest, they had a clear vision: a floor plan that truly flowed, thoughtfully designed around the way their busy family lives and entertains, seamlessly blending colonial and traditional design elements with modern comfort.
To get there, TwinBrother completely redesigned the lower level and extended the back of the home with a 16’ × 44’ (704 sq ft) addition. The new space made room for an expanded kitchen and a main-level master suite, allowed us to shift the laundry room next to the master, and flooded the home with natural light through new Marvin Elevate windows and French doors opening to a custom stone patio. Design and demo began in late February 2025 — and the family moved into their finished home right on their hard July deadline.
