Office Staff
Remote / On-Site Hybrid, Western North Carolina Region
$23/hr
Description
Twin Brother Builders is hiring reliable, professional office staff to help support the day-to-day operations of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be a part of a values-driven company. You’ll play a key part in scheduling, communication, and client support—helping to keep projects and people moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage phones, emails, and general client communication
Support scheduling for project managers and crews
Track project documentation and update internal systems
Help with invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders
Coordinate meetings, reports, and internal communications
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Support marketing or recruitment efforts as needed
Required Experience
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
Experience working in construction, real estate, or trade-related industries
Familiarity with job management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Buildertrend, Procore)
Experience handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Ability to assist with HR tasks such as onboarding or scheduling interviews
